Our small assisted living homes, with just 10 to 16 residents, ensure personalized care, stronger connections, and a higher staff-to-resident ratio. Compassionate, professionally trained caregivers assist with daily tasks, tailored care plans, and creating a safe, comfortable environment.
Memory care provides specialized support for individuals with cognitive challenges such as Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. At Audubon, our memory care homes go beyond basic assistance—we focus on fostering routine, stability, and comfort while encouraging moments of joy and connection. Through compassionate caregiving and engaging activities, we help residents maintain a sense of dignity, independence, and purpose in their daily lives.
We know that personalized care starts with more caregivers, not fewer. Unlike many small care homes that staff at a 1:4 or even 1:5 ratio, we staff higher whenever possible to provide unmatched hands-on care and attention. Depending on occupancy and resident needs, there may even be three caregivers on site for as few as eight residents. When our administrator is on-site, that’s an additional layer of support beyond scheduled caregivers.
