We currently have two excellent Metairie residential assisted living locations: Dreyfous House and Phosphor House. Both of our residencies are designed to emulate the essence of a private home, making the transition to memory care as seamless as possible.
Phosphor House
Phosphor House is our brand new residential assisted living location situated in the heart of Metairie. This home can house up to 10 residents, each with a spacious private bedroom and access to three shared accessible bathrooms. Phosphor House will appeal to seniors who enjoy open plan living; it features a stunning open kitchen, dining and living area with all the modern fixtures and fittings. Our outdoor space boasts a beautiful walking path and a peaceful koi pond for our residents’ enjoyment.
Dreyfous House
Dreyfous House is located in a peaceful, upscale neighborhood beside Lake Pontchartrain in Metairie. This residential assisted living home has natural light, modern décor, elegant artwork and houseplants, cozy wood-effect vinyl flooring, comfortable furnishings, and a whole home generator, Dreyfous House feels like home with an added touch of luxury and practicality. Dreyfous House can accommodate 10 residents, with six single rooms and two double rooms. Residents have access to a large open plan kitchen, dining and living room, as well as a cozier sitting room for relaxation and private socialization.

Health & Safety
At each of our residential assisted living locations in Metairie, residents have access to 24-hour ADL support from highly trained, compassionate caregivers certified to provide memory care. Residents can also benefit from doctor visits, a 24/7 on-call nurse and physician, and some of the highest staff to resident ratios in the senior care industry. Both houses were designed to support seniors with reduced mobility, and have built-in safety features like grab rails, curbless showers and ground floor accommodation.
