Phosphor House
Phosphor House is beautifully situated in the heart of Metairie near Bonnabel and Veterans. This charming home is designed to accommodate up to 10 residents, each enjoying the comfort and privacy of a spacious private bedroom.
Phosphor House is particularly appealing to seniors who appreciate open-plan living. The home features a stunning open kitchen, dining, and living area, all equipped with modern fixtures and fittings that provide both functionality and style. This communal space is perfect for socializing, dining, and relaxing, fostering a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Our outdoor space is equally impressive, offering a beautiful walking path that encourages residents to enjoy the fresh air and stay active. Additionally, the peaceful sugar kettle fountain provides a serene spot for relaxation and reflection, enhancing the overall tranquility of the environment.

Dreyfous House
Dreyfous House is nestled in a serene, upscale neighborhood near East Jefferson Hospital in Metairie. This residential assisted living home is bathed in natural light and adorned with modern décor, elegant artwork, and lush houseplants. The cozy wood-effect vinyl flooring and comfortable furnishings, along with a whole-home generator, add a touch of luxury and practicality, making Dreyfous House feel like a true home.
Designed to accommodate up to 10 residents, Dreyfous House offers all private bedrooms including one suite with it’s own private half bathroom. Residents can enjoy a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, perfect for social gatherings and daily activities. Additionally, there is a cozier sitting room available for relaxation and private socialization, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for all.

Seminole House I
Seminole House I is a cozy and welcoming home located in a serene neighborhood, thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and care for up to 10 residents. Each resident enjoys the privacy and tranquility of their own spacious private bedroom, offering a personal retreat within a supportive community.
The heart of Seminole House I lies in its open-plan living area, where a modern kitchen, dining, and living space seamlessly blend together.
